We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If for any reason you don’t, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 20 days of delivery.
All returned items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Packaged in the original jewelry box and pouch

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a exchange within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
You can return your item by shipping it back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
We recommend keeping your tracking information safe until your return is processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@raridesign.com with photos of the product and packaging - we’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly.
